外国人工作签证体检流程

一、携带以下资料去广东国际旅行卫生保健中心体检

体检所需材料 Materials for physical exam:

（1） 五张一寸的彩色照片

   Five 1-inch size colorful personal photos.

（2）护照原件、护照首页和最新签证页复印件 

   Passport、one photocopy of first page and the latest visa page.

（3）在原居住国进行的《外国人体格检查记录》（如有）

   Your health check record in your home country (if available）
